2. Hosting provider
The site is a static site served by Cloudflare. Images are stored in a Cloudflare R2 bucket and delivered under the /wp-content/uploads/ path of this domain.

Cloudflare also acts as a processor for the technical logs described in ourprivacy policy.
3. Intellectual property
3.1 Our own content
Reviews, guides, news articles, setup pages, scores, test methodology, page templates and the site's visual design are the work of the publisher and its authors. They are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the source page. Republishing a full article, or rebuilding a page template, requires written permission.
3.2 Images published under free licences
Most illustrations on the site are third-party photographs reused under a free licence, sourced from Wikimedia Commons or Openverse. Each image carries its credit on the page, in the form author · licence · source. Three licence families are in use:

The licence attached to an image belongs to that image, not to the article around it. A CC BY-SA photograph used to illustrate one of our reviews does not place the review itself under CC BY-SA. If you believe a credit is wrong or missing, write to us and we will fix or remove the image.
3.3 Game names, logos and artwork
Game titles, studio and publisher names, logos, character names, screenshots and in-game artwork mentioned or shown on this site belong to their respective owners — among others Kuro Games, HoYoverse / Cognosphere, Plarium and FunPlus International. They are used for the purpose of information, description and criticism of the games we cover.
MaxedRig is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. No sponsorship or partnership is implied by a game being reviewed, scored or linked to. Where a commercial relationship does exist, it is disclosed — see ouraffiliate disclosure.
4. Commercial links and advertising
Some links on this site are partner links. When you install or sign up for a game through one of them, we may be paid a commission; it costs you nothing and it does not change our scores. These links are marked in the page and carryrel="sponsored nofollow". The site also carries display advertising, always labelled Advertisement.

5. Limitation of liability
We write about live-service games. They change constantly: drop rates are retuned, prices and starter packs are replaced, events end, and features are removed. Every article shows the date it was last updated, and that date is the only state we can vouch for. Figures, rewards and prices quoted in an article may be out of date by the time you read it.
Our content is information and opinion. It is not advice on how to spend money. Decisions about in-game purchases, subscriptions or account creation are yours, and we are not liable for their consequences, nor for any loss of in-game progress, currency or account access.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of errors, or that any particular game offer is still live. Outbound links point to sites we do not control: their content, their terms and their handling of your data are their responsibility, not ours. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Reporting a problem
Factual error, broken link, missing image credit, suspected copyright infringement, or anything else that looks wrong: write to{{TO BE COMPLETED: contact email address}} with the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. Copyright complaints should identify the work, the page and your capacity to act for the rights holder.
7. Applicable law
This notice, and the use of the site, are governed by the law of{{TO BE COMPLETED: governing law — jurisdiction of the publisher}}, and disputes fall to the courts of{{TO BE COMPLETED: competent courts}}.
